Connect media, educators, researchers, activists, labour unions and the private sector.
No single profession has all the skills needed to make personal data useful to a city. Media can investigate and communicate; educators make methods accessible; researchers test interpretations; activists and labour unions bring organising experience and knowledge of rights; the private sector contributes practical and technical perspectives. Participants should define roles, disclose conflicts of interest and preserve the independence of findings. The intended result is collaboration in which skills complement one another and participants can challenge an analysis, not simply a longer list of organisations.
